Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms
Payment will be due after my services and by the day of the key return. Ideally the invoice will be paid by bank transfer, but I will also accept cash.

Cancellations
I appreciate that plans can change so please let me know as soon as possible if you need to amend your booking.

Cancellations of bookings made up to 3 days before the date of the first visit will not be subject to a cancellation charge.
Bookings cancelled within 3 days of the first visit will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to that of the cost of the visit(s) planned for the first day only.
Changes to the agreed/confirmed number of daily visits will be considered on a client by client basis and up to 3 days before the first visit commences.
Once the visit(s) start and in the event of my services being stopped early, the full price of the booking as agreed in the initial visit will be invoiced and charged.

If you find yourself needing to extend the duration of your time away, please give as much notice as possible. Any additional visits will be charged at the same price.

Cancellation charges may be waived at the discretion of Bosies Cat Care.

Additional Information
As described in the services page, the client requires to supply sufficient food/treats, cat litter and bags for disposal. In the event of running out of any supplies, Bosies Cat Care will purchase additional items. All receipts will be kept and charged to the client on the invoice.

Clean up Charge: Within the visit(s) all litter trays will be emptied and cleaned. On occasion I appreciate that mess can occur outwith the tray(s) and that is not a problem for the most part. For bookings who have multiple cats, if an unreasonable amount of additional time is required to clean up then this will be added to the visit cost and the client will be made aware of this. Bosies Cat care takes pride in keeping clients houses as clean and tidy as possible.
